We have renegotiated our credit card processing contract with our provider, reducing our rates substantially and improving the service tremendously! We have activated a new service, iCheckGateway, offered by our existing provider, Elavon, one of the largest processors in the industry.

    This service will offer you the most comprehensive protection of your data, complying with PCI DSS standards, while greatly reducing our overall cost for processing credit cards and ACH (Automatic Clearing House) checks. You will, also, receive an immediate pop-up confirmation of payment and email receipt for each on-line transaction.

    As has been the past policy, the association will continue to absorb the processing fees for POS credit card transactions. In addition, there will be no convenience/processing fees for on line payments by check or credit card. In the past, using Official Payments, you were charged $7.95 per transaction. The Association will, now, absorb these charges, too! ...and we will still save money, every month, on our payment processing fees that we can use for other Turtle Cove projects & expenses!
